Suicide Prevention Network offers a series of on-going support groups!
​
Peer Support - Suicide Loss Support Group
This group meets on the 1st Thursday of each month from 11:30a.m. - 1:00p.m. at the SPN office. This group is FREE of charge and open to 18+.​​
Update: For January only, our Peer Support Loss Group will meet on Thursday, January 8th instead of the first Thursday of the month.
Regular meetings will resume on the first Thursday beginning in February.

PTSD Support Group
This group meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month from 6:00p.m.-7:30p.m. at the SPN office. This group is FREE of charge and open to 18+.​​

Growth Through Change: Tools for Life's Changes
This group meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month from 3:30p.m.-4:30p.m. at the Douglas County Community and Senior Center. This group is FREE of charge and open to 18+.​​

This group meets every 1st & 3rd Thursday from 5:30p.m. - 7:00p.m. at the SPN Office. This group is FREE of charge and open to 18+.​​
