Prevention Starts Here

Suicide Prevention Network offers a series of on-going support groups!

​

Peer Support - Suicide Loss Support Group

This group meets on the 1st Thursday of each month from 11:30a.m. - 1:00p.m. at the SPN office. This group is FREE of charge and open to 18+.​​

​

PTSD Support Group

This group meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month from 6:00p.m.-7:30p.m. at the SPN office. This group is FREE of charge and open to 18+.​​

​

Growth Through Change: Tools for Life's Changes

This group meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month from 3:30p.m.-4:30p.m. at the Douglas County Community and Senior Center. This group is FREE of charge and open to 18+.​​

Women-to-Women Support Group                                          

This group meets every 1st &  3rd Thursday from 5:30p.m. - 7:00p.m. at the SPN Office.This group is FREE of charge and open to 18+.​​

Please call the number listed on the flyer to reserve a spot with this great group of men who support each other. This group meets for 8 weeks - next session begin date is Wednesday, August 20.
