Suicide Prevention Network offers a series of on-going support groups!
Peer Support - Suicide Loss Support Group
This group meets on the 1st Thursday of each month from 11:30a.m. - 1:00p.m. at the SPN office. This group is FREE of charge and open to 18+.
PTSD Support Group
This group meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month from 6:00p.m.-7:30p.m. at the SPN office. This group is FREE of charge and open to 18+.
Growth Through Change: Tools for Life's Changes
This group meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month from 3:30p.m.-4:30p.m. at the Douglas County Community and Senior Center. This group is FREE of charge and open to 18+.
Float a Flower
In honor of International Survivors of Suicide Loss Day, Suicide Prevention Network invites you to join us for Float a Flower, a morning of remembrance, reflection, and connection.
Come together with others in our community to honor and remember loved ones lost to suicide. Participants are invited to select a flower to float on the pond in memory of someone special, while enjoying warm drinks, light refreshments, and a supportive space to reflect.

Growth Through Change
Join us for Growth Through Change, a FREE peer-led program for adults 18+. This welcoming space offers practical tools, meaningful conversations, and peer support to help navigate life's changes and challenges. Whether you're going through a transition, facing a difficult season, or simply looking for connection, everyone is welcome!
Beginning November 18th at Kahle Community Center. Meetings will continue on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month from 3:30 - 4:30 PM.

SPN CONNECT – Teen Wellness Group
SPN Connect is a free wellness group for middle school students where teens can build healthy coping skills, make connections, and talk about real-life challenges in a fun, supportive, and judgment-free environment. Each session includes activities, games, snacks, and practical tools to support mental wellness.
To register, please complete the online registration form linked below. After registering, please complete the parent/guardian consent form. The completed waiver can be emailed to skyller@spnawareness.org or dropped off at the Suicide Prevention Network office before your teen attends their first group. We hope to see you this fall!

Breaking Down Barriers – Maturing Men’s Group
Breaking Down Barriers – Maturing Men’s Group
The Maturing Men’s Group is a therapeutic support group for men ages 35+ looking for a supportive space to connect, reflect, and talk openly about life’s challenges.
Topics may include stress, depression, anxiety, relationships, healthy aging, defining success, shame, sex and intimacy, grief and loss, and interpersonal boundaries.
There is no cost to participate.
