Mindful Gardening

Mindful Gardening

Join us for Mindful Gardening at the Just a Drop In Farmers Market! This free, hands-on activity offers an opportunity to slow down, connect with nature, and focus on personal growth. Participants will plant seeds alongside an affirmation or goal written on plantable seed paper, creating a meaningful reminder to nurture themselves in the months ahead.

Open to all ages, this activity encourages mindfulness, creativity, and reflection while spending time in a welcoming community space. Stop by, get your hands in the soil, and take home a small reminder that growth happens one step at a time.
